While Subeta may be down, you still have NG to keep you company! But before you get started, you've probably got some questions. Hopefully, these are the answers to some of those:

I did not receive my Activation Email. What do I do?
Please LOG IN to your account and submit a help ticket informing us that you did not get the email. A staff member will be able to activate the account for you quickly, as long as you're logged in and NOT using Offline Help Ticket mode.

I haven't been here for a while and forgot my password. Can you help?
Certainly! Just send in an OFFLINE TICKET with your email and username if the Password Recovery function isn't working. A staff member will reset your password for you.

I have questions about site content or activities. Who do I ask?
The chatbox at the bottom of every page is a good source for information. Staffers frequently read the chatbox, so we'll most likely be able to help you. If not, a kindly member may also answer your question.
