QP are Questpoints, a special type of currency that you can only spend at Mystika's Shop.
Items in Mystika's Shop can only be obtained by buying them with QP in addition to a small amount of SC.
To get QP, you must play Mystika's Quests on the Games page. Each quest gives 1 QP and some SC. Normal users can do 5 of Mystika's Quests per day, while Gem Account users can do 6.
If you are unable to find what you are looking for, mail a staff member about it and they will add it to the help files!
